The North Wales Personal Care team, here to help every step of the way

Personal care is one of the most important ways we help people stay independent at home in Penrhyn, Abergele and Rhyl. We understand that needing help with washing, dressing or bathing isn’t always easy – it’s a sensitive step that deserves time, patience and understanding. Our minimum one-hour visits give your loved one unhurried support from Care Professionals who take time to understand their preferences and routines. As a Care Inspectorate Wales regulated provider, our focus on dignity and respect helps people feel comfortable and confident receiving the support they need.

Why Personal Care may be right for you

Getting ready for the day should feel relaxed and comfortable. Our Care Professionals can support everything from choosing clothes and styling hair to help with bathing and showering. We understand how personal these moments are – that’s why we always endeavour to send the same Care Professions for each visit, so you’ll always know who is arriving. This continuity is something our clients really appreciate and means we are able to learn the little details that matter to our clients, such as their evening routine or how they take their medications, making each visit feel natural and comfortable.
