Home Instead provides premium, relationship led home care for older people in their own homes in Winsford, Middlewich, Knutsford, Kelsall, Rudheath, Northwich, Moulton and the surrounding areas. We understand the necessity of flexible home care solutions to provide high quality, fully managed care that suits the individual requiring care. Whether it’s daily visits to provide some assistance with routine activities round the house, or a more comprehensive healthcare at home arrangement for those who require more complex support, we are committed to delivering a high standard of care directly within the familiar and reassuring environment of your own home.
Our home care assistance can be anything from everyday tasks such as meal preparation and some companionship to trips out and about in the local area; take in the sights at the historic St Luke’s Church, a gentle amble through the around Brereton Heath nature reserve, or just a pop into the town centre, with some caring company for full peace of mind.
These home care services not only uphold your physical well-being but also foster emotional health through regular social interaction. For those whose needs change, we can also provide more specialist services, such as Parkinsons’s Care, or providing Nail Care in the comfort of your own home. We believe in a personalised approach to home care, tailoring our services to fit the unique needs of each individual. This tailored care includes a wide range of in-home support services, from companionship care for those advancing in years to more targeted home health services for individuals managing chronic conditions or recovering post-hospitalisation.
We believe in promoting independence and enhancing the quality of daily life. Whether it’s assisting with personal hygiene, enabling social activities, or simply being there as a friendly face, Home Instead Northwich & Knutsford Care Professionals make each day brighter.
At Home Instead we set the standard for superior home care services, offering a blend of professionalism, compassion, and customisation that is second to none. Our skilled Care Professionals are devoted to providing a range of personalised support services, ensuring that you or your loved ones benefit from the highest quality of care in the comfort and privacy of your own home.
We charge a set monthly fee depending on the weekly hours needed. This includes everything – Caregiver time, travel, training, introductions, support from the office. The only extras would be specific expenses incurred for the client e.g. shopping which are passed on at cost. Visits can range from a few hours a week to a few hours each day, and we can also do longer visits if needed, as well as taking people for trips out.
In Holmes Chapel, elderly residents have a range of activities and opportunities to engage in, ensuring a fulfilling and vibrant life in their golden years. Visitors and residents can partake in leisurely strolls through the picturesque countryside, enjoying the serene beauty of the Cheshire landscape. For those with an interest in history and culture, visits to nearby landmarks like the medieval estate of Little Moreton Hall or the picturesque Lovell Telescope at Jodrell Bank Observatory offer enriching experiences. Additionally, there are various social gatherings and clubs tailored to older adults, such as lunch clubs at the community centre, art groups, or exercise sessions for the elderly, fostering connections and camaraderie among peers.
