We provide premium, relationship led home care for older people in their own homes in Elworth, Moston Green, Warmingham, and other areas in and around Northwich. We support people to carry on enjoying their lives as independently as possible in their own homes, so you can remain living where you love without losing quality of life. Our care services range from personal care, to mobility support, enabling trips out in the local area; a stroll around the main park by the library, or an amble by the water down in Brook Wood, are very popular with our clients. As needs change over time we also provide more specialist services, including dementia care and health interventions such as basic wound dressing.

We provide a wide range of home care services in Elworth, from visiting care for companionship, housekeeping, and personal support to overnight and 24-hour care. Our specialised services include dementia care, palliative and end-of-life care, assistance with catheters and stomas, and carers with specific training to support those with mobility challenges, such as arthritis. Whether you’re looking for short-term assistance, respite care, ongoing companionship, or live-in support, we are here to help your loved ones enjoy their later years while remaining in the comfort of their own home in the Elworth area. Care can often begin within the same week, or even sooner.
With regular transport services to most nearby areas, including getting into Middlewich in half an hour or Crewe in around ten minutes on the train, there’s ample access to the surrounding areas, helping to ease the difficulties older people may face when using public transport, particularly if they have lost the confidence to travel independently. Home Instead home care provides essential support to help older adults stay connected with their community and continue enjoying the activities they love. This support is especially beneficial for those who experience challenges such as reduced mobility or frailty, yet still feel young at heart. It enables them to keep up with their cherished routines, pursue their interests, and nurture meaningful connections with those around them.
“Home Instead provided support for my 82 year old mum who has Alzheimer’s. Their care professionals were so lovely, patient and kind and their support enabled us to keep Mum living independently at home for 2 years before the need for 24-hour care meant she needed a care home. They accompanied Mum shopping, helped with light cleaning and food preparation and offered friendship and companionship. As Mum’s condition progressed they tailored their care to suit her needs and most importantly Mum looked forward to the visits.” – Tracy, daughter of client

With great transport links by bus and train making it easy to access other towns in the region, Elworth is a great place to retire to. As well as Dementia Friendly Sandbach nearby, the Singing for the Brain group meets on the first and third Thursday of each month for a dementia-friendly sing-song in St Peter’s Church Hall. Some seniors also like to participate in the Elworth Matters group specially for the ward, which shares goings-on and welcoming events in the area. The Coffee Lounge by the church is a nice spot for a cuppa and a trip out of the house, and it’s an easy hop into central Sandbach for all the amenities around Hightown. Whatever brings meaning to your loved one’s day, we’re here to assist with everything from daily bathing and dressing to transport, shopping, and help with attending appointments at GP surgeries, hospitals, or specialist clinics in town.
