Join us in celebrating Egle's 10-year career at Home Instead Norwich, where her journey from Care Professional to Client Experience Manager shows a passion for care.
At the heart of Home Instead Norwich’s brilliant team, there is someone truly remarkable at our Norwich office, someone who has been with us for 10 years, which is something certainly worth celebrating. Meet Egle!
We’d like to tell you a little bit more about our Egle, who is a valued member of our Home Instead Norwich family, and has recently reached this significant milestone: a whole decade working with us and of heartfelt service to older adults in and around Norwich.
You may not know that Egle’s story with us began back in 2014, when she brought her warmth and professionalism to Home Instead Norwich as a Care Professional, visiting our clients in their own homes.
Her career path since then has been characterised by versatility and a steadfast commitment to deliver exceptional care. Equipped with her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, and driven by a deep-rooted love for her work, Egle has had various roles within our team.
She’s been the on-call supervisor we can rely on at any hour, the part-time scheduler who knows the ins and outs of our clients’ needs, and the Client Experience Lead who ensures everyone feels heard and supported. Her abilities in scheduling and auditing is equally matched by her passion for enhancing the experiences of our clients and their families.
Now, as our Client Experience Manager, Egle continues to bring her experience and empathy into our home care services. She makes sure that we keep our operations seamless, always ensuring that the care we provide remains personal and of the highest standard.
Egle is originally from Lithuania, and she’s creative too, as there she attended art school, Egle moved to England in 2004 and when not at work, you can find Egle embracing adventures — canoeing, camping or travelling to her favourite destinations like Scotland and Stockholm. These journeys are often shared with her daughter, Erika, and her favourite feline companion, Dino.
Not one to sit still, we love Egle’s zest for life, and it is infectious. With dreams of one day of driving a Formula One car, there’s no guessing where her adventurous spirit will take her next. However, her professional ambitions remain resolutely rooted in care. Aspiring to become a Registered Care Manager or Quality Assurance Lead, Egle is set on furthering her already significant impact in the field of home care, and we can’t wait to see where the next decade will take her.
At Home Instead Norwich, we are more than just a team, we are a family that appreciates each other, and Egle’s decade of contribution to Home Instead is very much valued. Her journey is full of stories of compassion and dedication, and it is these qualities that help us make a positive difference in the lives of our home care clients and their families.
Here’s to Egle — for ten years of memories, milestones and the many more to come. Thank you for your unwavering commitment and the joy you bring to our Home Instead family.
