Celebrating Diversity at Norwich Pride 2024
Home Instead Norwich showcases its dedication to diversity and inclusion at Norwich Pride at The Forum.
Home Instead Norwich was delighted to join in the festivities at Norwich Pride 2024 and we had a great day at the event this year. Pride is a brilliant chance to celebrate diversity and inclusion, and to meet many local people.
The parade this year concluded at The Forum, the atmosphere was electric, splashed with colour and brimming with warmth, making it an unforgettable experience for everyone who came along. We really enjoyed being part of the day!
In good company at Norwich Pride
Throughout the day it was extremely busy, and our team was able to meet with people from all over the city, at our stand at The Forum. We were in good company, positioned alongside other organisations that advocate for older adults in the city, such as the local Alzheimer’s Society and Age UK Norwich.
Visitors who came to our stall were able to ask questions about our inclusive home care services as well as opportunities for working with us. It was also a good opportunity to share with others more about the people we support in our community of Norwich.
An excellent atmosphere

‘We were thrilled to take part in Norwich Pride this year, by hosting a stand in The Forum. There was an excellent atmosphere on the day and lots of fun was had by the Home Instead team, who got to meet and speak to lots of attendees.
“We feel very strongly that providing an inclusive service is essential and what better way to celebrate our diverse team and clients than by enjoying Norwich Pride together.”
About Pride in Norwich
At its core, Pride events celebrate the LGBTQ+ community’s richness and advocate for their rights and acceptance. Norwich Pride has been part of our city’s calendar for 16 years, and this year’s celebration was a joyful and inclusive event.
