Meet the team

  • I have over 20 years of experience in the Health and Social Care Sector and joined Home Instead in 2011. As the General Manager and Registered Manager, I am responsible for overseeing the regulated activities daily and share legal responsibility with the provider.

    Natasha Warren

    General Manager/CQC Registered Manager

  • Recently joining Home Instead Nottingham as the new Operations Manager, I’m keen to expand my skills and further develop my knowledge in care, learning from the key players and care professionals that already run the well-established business here in Nottingham.

    Carrin Rothwell

    Operations Manager

  • I recently joined Home Instead after spending 4 years within the NHS and a Private Health Clinic.
I have 2 dogs who I love taking for long walks around local country parks. I love to travel and visit new places!

    Georgia Aldous

    Scheduling Lead

  • I enjoy going out and adventuring, having spontaneous trips with my partner. We both love cars so spend a lot of time working on them or going to car shows. I have 2 cats and have a love for animals, gaining a degree in Animal Science at Uni which brought me to Nottingham.

    Zoe Wilson

    Scheduler

  • Prior to joining Home Instead as a Care Professional, I worked in a special needs school. I now work in the office, and I am responsible for the training of our Care Professionals. I gain happiness by looking after others and by spending time with friends and family.

    Chrissie Preece

  • I have worked in the care industry since I was 18 in different roles such as in the community, care homes and GP surgeries. I joined home instead as a Client Experience Lead/Field Supervisor. I have one son; we enjoy spending time as a family especially watching the rugby.

    Alex Thompson

    Care Team Supervisor

  • I was a Primary School teacher in Bulwell before coming to work for Home Instead. I have a musical husband, two grown up (literally both much taller than me!) sons and two mad, black, rescue cats called Sooty and Sweep. I enjoy getting out and going to the theatre.

    Vicky Cox

  • I joined Home Instead Nottingham as a Care Professional and joined the office team as a Care Consultant. I have two boys and we enjoy going to watch Nottingham Forest, as a family we enjoy going on day trips and to the park. I also have a cat called Rubi.

    Lorna Allison

  • I have worked for Home Instead for 9 years as a care professional and office staff. I am a massive dog lover; I have 2 dogs. I enjoy going on trips in different countries with my partner, my family live in the Wirral. I love to go and visit them, family are everything!

    Natalie Johnson

    Care Team Supervisor

  • Having been with Home Instead for just over 3 years, I wish I had joined this profession many years ago. I have 7 grandchildren, 3 of them live in the USA, the other 4 live much closer to home, also 2 Jack Russell dogs, they all keep me and my husband on our toes.
