Day care visits are built around what matters to you – whether that’s enjoying hobbies at home, heading out to Attenborough Nature Reserve for a morning walk, or meeting friends at local social clubs. Many of our Care Professionals are drivers, making it easier to stay connected with your community. We support rehabilitative activities recommended by healthcare professionals, helping maintain mobility and independence. For clients living with dementia, we include reminiscence activities and familiar routines that help maintain skills and boost wellbeing.
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of of a unique mix services to meet your needs.
