Sally has worked within care for 15 years and is very passionate about delivering the highest of standards, giving clients choice and control and creating an aspirational role for Care Professionals.

Carol has over 40 years experience within finance and administration and her role is to support the business, manage the office team and ensure that efficient and effective systems are in place on a day to day basis.

Charlotte has 17 years experience within the care profession, Her passion and speciality is supporting clients experiencing Dementia. Her role is to work with clients and their family's providing tailored care around their needs and wishes, enabling them to remain at home.

Sam has worked within care since the age of 18. She supports clients during the initial enquiry and will visit families at home to discuss and facilitate an individual's requirements ensuring we provide a person-centered bespoke care package for all of our clients.

Jill is our Senior Care Professional and part of her role will involve completing support visits to ensure compliance. She is also involved in helping with the running of Fab Friday Friends.

Bethany joined the team in July 2024, and brings with her a wealth of experience in the healthcare sector. She nursed in A&E for 3 years and spent a year working bank in community hospitals, including rehabilitation, emergency care, resuscitation, bloods, and strokes.

Esther is our financial controller. She is a qualified accountant, and following many years of working in business, she decided to move to the care sector, and has been with us since 2015. Esther is also a qualified Love2Move instructor, and helps with community projects.
