Care Professional of the Month, May 2023

Congratulations to Nicola J, our Care Professional of the Month for May.

Nicola has joined Home Instead recently but has a lot of experience in the care sector. Nicola was highlighted this month for her support provided to one of our clients. Unexpectedly a client’s wife was admitted to hospital and, without a second thought, Nicola stepped in to provide 24 hour help for her husband while she got the support she needed. Nicola helped to keep the husband reassured and support through this time. This was a great relief to the wife and the family which without this support could have make a stressful situation even worse.
