Football Crazy At Penarth Memory Cafe

In September we had great fun playing all sorts of ball games based upon football.

Tom from Rise kept the tension between both teams, but we did have clear winners.

Our Professional guests were Savanna and Lauren from Cwmpas – CwmpasOT Community Interest Company | Dementia groups

They run groups across Cardiff and The Vale to increase the independence and movement of those with dementia.

We also had Charis and Helen from The Centre of Sign, Sight and Sound to give advice around hearing loss issues.
