Goldies Cymru Comes to Penarth Memory Café
In August Cheryl Davies from Goldies Cymru facilitated a lovely taster session.
We each got the chance to choose a song from her books and then we sang along to the original tracks.
Music is a wonderful gateway to our past memories and the session evoked lots of memory sharing afterwards.
Singing is good for helping us to improve our breathing which helps us to remain more mobile.
