In August, Dr Rebeccah Tomlinson was the guest speaker at Sully MenoPals.

Over 20 women attended and they enjoyed a comprehensive overview of the menopause, alongside a range of options to cope with symptoms.

The talk was followed by a Q&A session where individuals got to ask any questions to allay their concerns or clarify information they already had.
