Precision Ball Work At Penarth Memory And Movement Café
In March, Tom from Rise facilitated a session to hone our ball skills with a variety of games based on rugby and netball.
With Rugby general knowledge quizzes and plenty of refreshments throughout the session, we all had a wonderful time.
Our professional guests were Jo Sutton from Welsh Ambulance, Emily Robinson from Mental Health Services For Older People, Dave Jakeway for Barry Rotary club and Lynne Jakeway from Age Connects.
All our guests joined in with the activities and were really good sports, as well as being full of information and ideas for our attendees.
If you would like to join us in on Monday 14th April please contact Chrissy on [email protected] or call 02920 569483 to find out more.
We offer a supportive and fun environment for people living with dementia, Parkinson’s, MS, stroke and other neuro-degenerative conditions and their family carers.
