Why Dementia Care may be right for you

Home care is often the best option for people living with dementia. It helps keep them at home in familiar surroundings and prevents separation from partners, friends and family. Our dementia care at home approach can offer support that grows as a person’s needs change. We can seamlessly transition from companionship, to medication administration and personal care as the disease progresses. We can offer respite visits so that a spouse or partner can go out for a few hours safe in the knowledge that their regular care professional is looking after their spouse. The service we offer is responsive and can react to sudden changes in care needs.

Our care professional Tessa was taking a lovely lady out for a few hours a week of companionship and for a coffee in Barry when her client’s sleep patterns became disrupted and we were able to add two overnight visits per week so that her partner could catch up on his sleep and continue as his wife’s primary carer.
