Trainee Client Services Manager - Home Care / Domiciliary Care
This wonderful opportunity would suit someone who is an experienced Home Care Professional but would like to take the next steps in their career.
You will report to the Registered Manager, and gain training and support to help you to understand the role so you are able to ensure the best possible care is provided to the clients of Home Instead Senior Care Bromley.
You will have an encouraging personality and will have the ability to motivate our wonderful team of care professionals deliver the best possible care to our clients, and to develop their knowledge and skills, keep them engaged in their roles and nurture and support them throughout their employment.

Due to the need to support the On-Call function, which may require you to support team members out in the field in emergency situations, and also the requirement to travel throughout the community to conduct new client assessments, you should have a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
