Typical day in the life of the Care Supervisor / Field Support Supervisor
Visit a client and their Care Professional for a support visit and stay a bit longer as they both have so much to say.
Training a new member of the team with a new piece of equipment.
Organising and attending a meeting with a client and her family to review the service and making sure her needs are met.
Having a supervision with a Carer, spending time with them to make sure they are feeling great about their job and the clients they support.
Attending a Team meeting with Care Professionals to share best practice about a client.
Brainstorming with the Care Manager and other care supervisors about the best care professional match for a new client.
And more important feeling part of the most amazing team that is always happy to help each other.
