Care should never be rushed, so our visits are always minimum of 1 hour. This help our Care Professionals focus on building relationships with their clients. Our paid travel time is always allocated outside of the visit time.

Our Care Professionals have the qualities we would want them to have if they were looking after our own loved ones. The difference between a good Care Professional and a great one is the Training. Our training includes our in-house courses such as Dementia Awareness and End of Life. We also have a Career Pathway which includes funded Level 2 and 3’s in Health and Social care. With one hour visits our Care Professionals have time to provide relationship led care.
We offer part-time positions to suit your needs, if mornings, evenings or weekends work best we can make that happen.
Live with your client and make life-long bonds whilst offering the support they need. The rota is usually 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, but we are happy to discuss your working preferences.

Our Care Professionals receive industry leading, award-winning training to give them the confidence, knowledge and skills to care for our clients. Fully paid training ranges from basic moving and handling, right through to our City & Guilds assured Dementia and End of Life training, and City & Guilds preferred provider Parkinsons courses.
We have additional opportunities to gain industry recognised qualifications such as Level 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care, and more!As a Care Pro at Home Instead you will be completely supported through a program of bespoke training and ongoing education, including opportunities to gain specialist knowledge, helping you to progress your career.
We support our Clients with all aspects of their day to day living so they can flourish and remain independent in their own homes. The type of care we provide ranges through personal care, such as assisting with bathing, dressing and grooming, and home help involving preparing a nutritious meal and tidying the home, to companionship calls to chat and engage with Clients, or transport them to events or appointments if necessary.
