We’re looking for Care Professionals who are kind and compassionate and are dedicated to delivering the highest standard of care understanding our values and mission. Providing continuity to both Client and Care Professional means you will see the same Clients every week, with minimum 1 hour visits enabling you to build a relationship and a routine in the comfort of their home focused around quality of life.

Why Home Instead

Competitive Rates of Pay

We have a pay rate of £13 - £14.80 per hour, with double pay on Bank Holidays, paid travel time plus paid mileage.

Hours to Suit You

We offer a range of guaranteed hours contracts, such as 12, 16 or 30 hours per week. Or a more flexible zero-hours contract to suit your availability.

One Hour Minimum Visits

Care should never be rushed, so we’ve found the best minimum client visit time to be one hour. This help our Care Professionals focus on the overall health and wellbeing of every client.
