Enabling someone to live in their own home makes such a difference in their life, to be surrounded by their memories, is something that cannot be replicated. To be able to do this every day is what gets me up in the morning.

I oversee the smooth running of all aspects of the business, whether it is Care, People or Scheduling. My aim is to always be looking to the next level and how we can always be improving the experiences of both our clients and Care Professionals.

Personally, as the Head of Client Experience, my goal is to not just meet the needs of our clients and their family members but to exceed all expectations and provide a truly memorable experience.

I oversee the people side of the business, ensuring that we have the infrastructure and processes in place to ensure our Care Pros feel supported and happy in their roles.

I make sure all of our new Care Pros are well trained and ready for their life as a Home Instead Care Professional. I also manage the training programmes for existing staff, ensuring they are kept up to date with the latest training.

Being a Care Supervisor is the best job I have ever had. My role comprises a variety of tasks, working alongside healthcare professionals, clients and their families to ensure the best possible care. I very much enjoy meeting the new clients... they all have a story to tell.

My role is logistical planning of our care calls, I have the responsibility to ensure that our schedules are well maintained, and that continuity is always at the heart of the service that we provide.

The Care Supervisor role is all about providing the best possible care for all of my clients. Whether it’s answering client enquiries or working alongside health professionals, I ensure the best interests of my clients.

My role is to support the smooth running of the care operation, as well as my own Care Professional duties.  My role is a bit hybrid, I work a lot out in the field, supporting my fellow Care Pros with support visits and competencies.

I started working in Home Care when I was 18 and am now on the recruitment side of the role. I interview and recruit new Care Professionals. I love working with and meeting new people, I use my caring nature to assure they are comfortable with the job and are enjoying it.

My role is to cover the recruitment process. I ensure that all of the people that we take on meet the same passion for high-quality care. I look after our candidates through their recruitment journey, as well as making sure all necessary checks are taken care of.

I was inspired to get involved with Care at Home after watching my Grandmother decline so quickly after going into what was supposed to be one of the UK’s very best Residential Homes. She did not want to leave her home and I know that if Home Instead had existed in those day
