A favourite activity among our clients is visiting local garden centres – places like Priory Farm, Knights at Nags Hall, or Flower Farm in Godstone. These trips are something our clients really look forward to, and not just for the coffee and cake afterwards! It’s a fantastic way to get out of the house, be with your Care professional and maintain those all important social connections. Our Care Professionals, many of whom can drive clients to these local spots, understand how these outings can brighten someone’s whole week. As one of our clients shared on homecare.co.uk, “I have found my carers very helpful and friendly, not only when I go on shopping trips with them, but for the help, advice and the companionship.”
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of of a unique mix services to meet your needs.

The impact of personalised day care really shines in our local clients’ feedback shared on homecare.co.uk. “Every effort was made to find a good match,” wrote one daughter of a client we support. “Her conversation is great, and she really stimulates my mother.” Another noted how their mother’s “mental capacity has definitely benefited from conversation with people outside the family” – exactly what we aim to achieve with every visit.

Under Greg Brown and Angela-Jane “AJ” Higgs’s leadership, we’ve grown a team of really lovely Care Professionals who come from all sorts of interesting backgrounds and age groups, too – some are even in their early retirement – bringing a huge amount of life experience to the role. We invest significantly in our team with ongoing training so many are able to support rehabilitative exercises recommended by physiotherapists or occupational therapists, while others excel at creative activities or reminiscence therapy – particularly beneficial for our clients living with dementia. This variety of skills means we can match clients with Care Professionals who share their interests and understand their needs.
Our day care service connects seamlessly with local community initiatives. We work closely with Dementia 1st’s day services and participate in the Head2Head Memory Café, ensuring clients have access to varied social opportunities. From our local Bletchingley office, we can often coordinate with healthcare professionals to integrate any recommended exercises or activities into our care visits, creating a holistic approach to daytime support that keeps people active, engaged and connected to their community.
