Making a Difference in our Local Community
Here at Home Instead Renfrewshire and Barrhead, we understand the importance of enriching our community by supporting local groups and charities.
This December, Home Instead Renfrewshire & Barrhead was proud to collaborate with St Mirren Festive Friends in a heart-warming initiative to support older and vulnerable adults in our community.
Thanks to the generosity of our incredible clients, staff and the public, we raised an impressive total of 283 gifts! With the help of 10 local collection points and an Amazon Wishlist for online donations, we were able to gather a variety of thoughtful presents, from warm clothing to pampering treats, all aimed at bringing some festive cheer to those who may otherwise feel isolated during the holidays.
We are incredibly grateful to everyone who donated, and to our local partners who hosted collection points. Your kindness and support have truly made a difference, and we’re proud to be part of a community that cares so deeply for its older and vulnerable members.
