Celebrating Compassion: Marshall Award
The "Marshall Award" was set up to recognise team members who go 'above and beyond', 'exceed expectations' and who are real ambassadors for Home Instead Salford.
The “Marshall Award” is named after Margaret Marshall, our Director, Susan’s Mother… who is the reason behind Home Instead Salford being formed!
Every quarter-year we ask our Home Instead Salford & Worsley Team Members to send in nominations for a Care Professional or KeyPlayer that they feel consistently shines or has gone above and beyond in their work. The winner is then presented with the coveted “Marshall Award”. Finding a winner for this award is always tricky as ALL of our team excel every single day of the year. It really is down to recorded compliments and recommendations. Every comment counts.

Amy our lead Scheduler has been with Home Instead Salford for 3 years and has delivered 5,287 hours of care. Amongst many other roles, Amy carries out her scheduling role with skill, consistency, and a huge dose of Care. She has a lot to juggle and does it with professionalism- she is an amazing key player!
Congratulations Amy, we’re so lucky to have you and appreciate everything that you do for Home Instead Salford & Worsley.
