What we do to care for your loved ones
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of of a unique mix services to meet your needs.

The Care Professionals and Management Team have (and continue to) support my parents and brother in a truly empathetic, caring and professional way. The caregivers at Home Instead have been looking after our sister for the last seven months. We got in touch with them when it was clear that she required help with daily living. Her dementia had increased to a point where she was no longer able to perform many of the tasks needed to remain on her own, including meal preparation and taking medication, but she wasn’t yet ready to move into a care situation.Since the visits started, carers have turned up, as agreed, twice a day, faithfully, and on time.
