Having a full hour for each visit means there’s always time to do things properly, without rushing. While the kettle’s on, our Care Professionals can help with housework, get the washing done, or plan the week’s meals – all while enjoying a proper chat. This unhurried time together means we really get to know each person, noticing small changes in wellbeing or mood that might need attention. The same friendly faces visiting each time helps build trust and understanding that goes beyond just keeping the house in order.
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of of a unique mix services to meet your needs.
