Our local team helps clients maintain their independence and happiness at home, delivering personalised care with genuine warmth and understanding. We know choosing the right home care provider is crucial, which is why we take time to carefully match each client with Care Professionals who’ll bring expertise and companionship to every visit. Supporting clients in their own homes is truly rewarding – enabling them to continue familiar routines whilst receiving professional care that feels as natural as family.
Our local clients and their loved ones tell us how much our services have improved their lives. Gill, a client’s daughter, said on homecare.co.uk, “After deliberating for many months about my dads care, as he was gradually becoming less able to care for himself on a daily basis, I decided to contact Home Instead and had a wonderful initial chat with them and was very encouraged by their professionalism. Consequently, I now have peace of mind that Dad is eating regularly and also taking his medication. Just like to thank all the staff at Home Instead for their continued support.”

We’ve built a close-knit office team that truly understands our community’s needs, led by owner Susan Robinson and our Registered Care Manager Nicky Leack, who brings two decades of senior care experience. We invest significantly in our Care Professionals through specialist training programmes, particularly in areas like dementia care, Parkinson’s support and medication management. Many of our Care Professionals have been with us for years, providing the consistency and familiar faces that our clients value most.
We are firmly established in the Ellenbrook area, working closely with our local community to bring people together. Our popular ‘Cuppa and Company’ sessions run every Thursday morning at All Saints Church in Wardley, where our Community Champion Joanne leads activities like dominoes, card games and knitting alongside coffee, cake and conversation from 10:30 to 12 noon. We also support local Memory Cafes across Salford, creating vital social connections for people living with dementia and their families, while providing access to essential support and guidance.
