Our local team delivers exceptional home care in Monton and nearby areas. Our Care Professionals have forged strong ties since 2016. We won a PEAQ award for client advocacy and are rated ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission. We know staying connected to familiar places matters. We enjoy taking clients to Vintage Ambiance Cafe or for walks through Monton’s village centre. Collaborating with local initiatives like Dancing and Singing with Dementia, awarded the King’s Award for Voluntary Service, we create experiences that support our clients’ independence and joy in life.

We provide personalised home care across Monton that feels natural and relaxed. Our Care Professionals don’t wear uniforms, making each visit feel more like a friend dropping by than a formal care appointment. We thoughtfully match clients with Care Professionals who share similar interests and personalities, creating genuine connections that grow stronger with each minimum one-hour-long visit. We ensure our support extends beyond the home to help clients stay connected to the activities they love.
The difference in quality care has far-reaching benefits, as demonstrated by our clients’ testimonials. Peter, a client’s son, shares: “My mum has been using Home Instead since the start of the year and they have been fantastic. We are very grateful to Home Instead and couldn’t recommend them highly enough – thank you!” Peter, the son of another client, says: “Home Instead has been fabulous in setting up a care package for my mum. The carers who look after my mum are brilliant and it has really helped my mum and taken a lot of pressure off the family.” These testimonials from homecare.co.uk underscore our positive impact on clients and families.

Our owner, Susan Robinson and Registered Care Manager, Nicky Leack, lead an experienced team dedicated to delivering exceptional care that helps clients maintain their independence at home. Working closely with local community groups, we understand the unique needs of our Salford community. Our professional Care team combines genuine warmth with thorough training, ensuring each client receives consistent, high-quality support that makes a real difference to their daily lives.
We are actively involved in the heart of Monton and across Salford, running our popular ‘Cuppa and Company’ sessions every Thursday morning at All Saints Church in Wardley. Our weekly gatherings, led by our community champion Joanne Robinson, bring local people over 60 together from 10:30am to 12pm for coffee, cake, games and friendship. We also support local Memory Cafes across the area, creating vital spaces where people living with dementia and their families can connect, share experiences and find support in a relaxed setting.
