Our home care in Walkden and the surrounding area helps clients continue living independently in the homes they love. As winners of a PEAQ award for client advocacy, we understand that meaningful care is about building genuine relationships, which is why our Care Professionals spend a minimum of one hour with each client. We love taking our clients for gentle walks around Linnyshaw Garden Centre or accompanying them to the wonderful Dancing and Singing with Dementia sessions. Our office team brings together experienced professionals who genuinely understand local care needs in Walkden and across Salford. Led by owner Susan Robinson and our Registered Care Manager Nicky Leack, who brings two decades of care expertise, we’ve built a close-knit team. We fully manage and support our remarkable Care Professionals with regular check-ins, ongoing training, and a friendly open-door policy where questions are always welcome.
We are active members of the Walkden and wider Salford community, running our popular ‘Cuppa and Company’ group every Thursday morning at All Saints Church in Wardley. Our weekly sessions, led by our community champion Joanne Robinson, bring local people over 60 together from 10:30am to 12pm for coffee, cake, games and friendship. We also support local Memory Cafes across Salford, creating vital spaces where people living with dementia and their families can connect with others, share experiences and find support in a relaxed setting.
