Janie holds a unique distinction as the first Care Professional to be appointed with Home Instead, making her journey all the more special. Her unwavering commitment to her clients has set a shining example for all those who follow in her footsteps.
Janie’s dedication truly knows no bounds. In the face of adverse weather conditions, she once walked over 5 miles to visit a client during heavy snow. This act of selflessness demonstrates her unwavering dedication to providing exceptional care and support to those who rely on her. Janie’s compassion and willingness to go above and beyond have touched the lives of many, leaving a lasting impact on both clients and colleagues alike.
To commemorate this significant milestone, the Operations Manager surprised Janie at the home of one of her clients. The unexpected visit was met surprise as Janie was presented with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a bottle of champagne. It was a small token of gratitude for her hard work and unwavering commitment over the past ten years.
