Langley Park Tearoom
If you want to treat your elderly loved one to tea in the park, one of the best places to bring them is Langley Park Tearoom. It is one of Buckinghamshire’s biggest hidden treasures and this tearoom is located close to the main car park next to Temple Gardens.
The tearoom includes a full range of hot and cold drinks including the finest Italian coffee, freshly made delicious meals, handmade cakes and pastries, snacks and ice cream. It is operated by San Remo Catering which is a family run business who know how to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. They also have a meeting room which is available to hire where they can provide catering for parties.
Lakeside Café at Black Park (Black Park Café)
Another tearoom is Lakeside cafe which is part of the San Remo Park Café family and is beautifully situated by a lake surrounded by woodland in Black Park. The café has a varied menu with high quality ingredients and vegetarian options. Enjoy the peaceful scenery with a cup of tea and a snack.
This café also offers tasty cakes and a wide variety of ice cream flavours. It is well known for its great service and friendly staff that are always ready to help you. The café is just a 5-minute walk from the car park and offers both inside dining and outside terrace seating area overlooking the lake.
This is in Black Park, which is on the outskirts of Wexham, between Slough and Iver Heath.
Flowerland, Iver
This is a garden centre in Iver is now hosting its afternoon tea for £20 per person. These scrumptious treats are all made in house by their experienced Patisserie Team.
The tearoom is situated in the middle of the garden centre and has parking on site. The café is wheelchair friendly and offers British cuisine with vegetarian and gluten free options. Their quiches and cakes are fresh and delicious. They now also have an area where you can sit inside with a dog. Chose from their light menu and daily specials.

Nashtaa café
If you are looking for an Indian twist for brunch with a cup of chai, then Nashtaa is the perfect spot. The café is located in Langley and has a car park with wheelchair access. There is plenty of space but we recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment especially on weekends.
This café offers a wide range of breakfast and lunch options as well as a wide range of teas including Indian Chai’s. They are simply delicious if you want to try something different. The menu has lots of vegetarian and vegan options as well as a great kids menu. They also offer delicious homemade cakes. This café is independently owned by a local mum of three who has made the place a warm, friendly and exciting environment to enjoy a cup of tea. It is located on London Road in Langley.
Wigwam at Stoke Place
For something a bit more luxurious with a picturesque setting, visit Stoke Place for afternoon tea. Set inside a large gazebo with beautiful gardens surrounding Stoke Place, this place is ideal for a special occasion or if you want to treat an elderly loved one.
They have an all day dining menu as well as an afternoon tea and bottomless brunch/ Lunch on the weekends. Their luxury Afternoon tea is good value for money and there is a wide range of Jing Tea options. Their homemade scones are delicious and the place adopts the history of afternoon tea with their slogan ‘At half past three, everything stops for tea’. There are outdoor heaters inside the gazebo in the colder months. This stunning location also has a restaurant, bar, terrace, picnic grounds and a hotel to stay in case you would rather sit inside.
