November's Key To Care Session

This November we are talking about Social Prescribing

This November we are talking about Social Prescribing. We will be joined by Peter Mellor from Pathways CIC North West Social Enterprise – Pathways CIC who works as a Social Prescriber at Rope Green Medical Surgery Rope Green Medical Centre in Shavington, to talk about what Social Prescribing is and how it is an approach that connects people to activities, groups and services in their community to meet the practical, social and emotional needs that affect their health and wellbeing, and how to access these services.

Our Key to Care sessions are in partnership with the Afternoon Club, who support the Crewe Community living with Dementia, however, our monthly Key to Care sessions are open to all.

A good chat and refreshments will also be available, and the session is free of charge to attend.
