Our aim is to prevent loneliness and social isolation by providing day care at home. Many people we support simply want company and conversation, whether they live alone or need care and support whilst family carers are away.
No matter what you like to do, whether that’s crafting, going for a walk, playing games, or enjoying music, our experienced Care Professionals will share in your interests and accompany you in whatever you like to do.
At Home Instead Southampton, our day care service is personalised to you and is flexible to meet your needs. It also promotes a stimulating and active lifestyle and gives you peace of mind knowing that your loved one is safe at home.
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of of a unique mix services to meet your needs.

Keeping the home environment clean, safe, and nourishing with home-cooked meals.

Assistance with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene, always respecting the dignity of your loved one.

Helping your loved one move around their home safely, including transfers and positioning.

We support you to attend those important health appointments.

We enable you to continue to do the things you enjoy, be it a visit to the garden centre or your local art group.

Assistance getting you from A to B, whether it be to go visit a friend or help with your shopping.
Medication management
Ensuring medicines are taken correctly and on time, supporting overall health.
