We are delighted to announce that both ladies were selected for special praise by the judges at this years regional awards.
In our last blog I told you that Nicky and Charlotte had been announced as regional finalists in this years Great British Care Awards. The Great British Care Awards is one of the most prestigious events in the care industry, shining a spotlight on those individuals who go above and beyond in their dedication to providing exceptional care. Being nominated for this award is an incredible honour, and to be highly commended and receive such fantastic comments from the judging panel is a testament to the hard work and commitment that Charlotte and Nicky have shown. It is also an affirmation of the exceptional care provided by Home Instead Southport and Formby, and an encouragement for all Care Professionals and support teams to strive for excellence.
We are all immensely proud of Charlotte and Nicky and you can see the comments that each lady received below.
Charlotte is dedicated to ensuring that all of our clients are enabled to live the life they choose. She believes that it is our duty to make a clients care fit into their lives and not the other way around! Charlotte firmly believes that Home Instead Southport and Formby are “the people who can” a motto she is often heard to say when working with her colleagues to put in place a clients bespoke care plan. Charlotte works tirelessly to improve the lives of other people, she is truly one in a million.
Nicky is an inspiration to everyone. From her first day with Home Instead Southport and Formby as a CAREGiver we have been amazed by her dedication and growth. It is no surprise that she received such amazing feedback. Nicky has certainly been on a journey with Home Instead, taking on more responsibility and taking time to develop her personal skills and knowledge. As someone who has been on this journey, Nicky is dedicated to helping others do the same, whilst working hard to implement strategies and bringing fresh ideas to improve the experience of all employees. We are all so proud of Nicky.
Nicky and Charlotte’s journey to success at the Great British Care Awards started long before they received their well-deserved nominations. It began with their passion for providing exceptional care to our clients, their families, our care professionals and many health and social work professionals. Their tireless dedication to their roles within the Home Instead team is clear. Their path to success was paved with countless hours of hard work, continuous learning, and unwavering commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of other people. I am sure that everyone will join us in congratulating both ladies on reaching this stage at the awards and also with the very best of luck to the winners of the regional final that will now go on to the national final.
