Our approach brings the best parts of day care into your home environment. All our Care Professionals can drive, making it easier to visit local places you enjoy or attend appointments. We match you with people who share your interests – they might join you for a puzzle, help tend to the garden, or accompany you to local clubs. For clients living with dementia, we include reminiscence activities that help maintain cognitive function and bring back happy memories.
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of of a unique mix services to meet your needs.

Our Care Professionals come from diverse backgrounds but share a natural compassion and desire to make a difference. Led by Fiona and Nick Harrall, our team receives specialist training in supporting various needs, including City & Guilds accredited dementia care. We work closely with physiotherapists and occupational therapists to incorporate rehabilitative exercises when needed, ensuring our day care support promotes both physical and mental wellbeing.
Being active in our community means we can connect clients with local activities they enjoy, including our Memory Cafés in St Albans and Radlett. We also publish the ‘What’s on Where’ guide to help people discover local groups and activities, and our team regularly organises local events to support older adults in enjoying life and staying connected.
