I started Home Instead St Helens with my daughter in 2012. Our mission is to provide St Helens with the highest quality of care with core family values at our foundations. We are a family business that makes care personal to you.

Since starting Home Instead St Helens in 2012, it has been my mission to provide you with the best quality care possible. It is my job to make sure your care is exactly what you need when you need it.

In 2016 I joined the family business here at Home Instead St Helens. Since then, it has been my role to make sure I improve the way we deliver care, from the technology we use to the way we communicate with you.

I joined the Home Instead family in 2018 as a Care Professional. Since then, I have progressed from Care Professional to Care and Client Experience Manager which means I am responsible for all our Care Professionals and Clients having the best experience as possible.
