Survey Comments

Care Manager, Trica Owen, who started her career at the Home Instead Stourbridge, Hagley and Halesowen Office as a care giver said “We work incredibly hard to support our carers, as that is the only way that we can provide outstanding care for our clients.  This award is recognition for the whole office team and a good sign that we are getting things right in our goal to be the employer of choice for homecare.’

One testimonial given in the survey sums it up perfectly: “Lovely people in the office who are supportive and don’t make me feel daft if I need to call the office to check anything. I love the values of home instead and love the worth while job I do. The best job I have ever had and I wish I did this years ago.”

Homecare means that compared to live in care, our clients can choose exactly what meals they want to support their health
