Home Instead care review shows 100% likely to recommend
At the Home Instead Stourbridge, Hagley and Halesowen, we conduct an anonymous annual homecare survey of our clients to make sure we are meeting their needs.
Home Instead Care Quality Review Questions
The annual survey conducted by independent survey company “Workbuzz” asks a number of confidential questions which are rated by clients or family members. Surveys are conducted by post so there are no technology barriers, and nobody with a clipboard, pen and paper to influence the responses! Importantly, responses include clients receiving a full range of services from companionship to home help, personal care, sleepovers and dementia care.

We are hugely proud of our 2023 results , particularly those which relate to our care professionals. We feel it is a fantastic endorsement of our Care Givers and our recruitment and training that we received 100% scores for Carers having “an excellent understanding of my care needs”, that our clients “feel safe when they visit” and take “an interest in me as a person”.
In addition 96% of clients agreed that their care pro was properly introduced before starting to provide care, and 100% said their carer arrives on time something which is really important to us at Home Instead when so many care providers do not give a guaranteed start time for visits.
Office Team Homecare Survey Results
Quality standards from care professionals can only be achieved with fantastic support from the team in the office and we were delighted that clients rate the office team so highly. 96% strongly agreed that the team are responsive to any queries. 91% strongly agreed that Home Instead supports them to achieve their care requirements and 96% rated the overall quality of service as Very High.
