The little things matter enormously in personal care – like knowing someone prefers a shower in the evening or likes their hair styled in a particular way. That’s why we ensure clients see the same friendly faces each visit, building trust and understanding. Our support can include help with washing, dressing, nail care, managing medications, or getting ready for bed – always provided with dignity and adapted to each person’s preferences and routines.
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of of a unique mix services to meet your needs.

We’re proud of our strong connections with local healthcare providers ensuring seamless support for our clients. Our monthly Young at Heart sessions bring people together through the joy of singing, while our regular bake sales at Hagley Free Church help raise funds for dementia research. We hosted the innovative Dementia Tour Bus experience that gives real insight into living with dementia. Our staff and families often visit our ‘caring library’ in the office, where we’ve gathered helpful resources about different health conditions and care approaches.
