Falls Referral Service in the Spotlight
Our Falls Referral Service, in partnership with the NHS, has received fantastic media coverage this month! This innovative service is already making a real difference in the lives of our clients, ensuring they receive faster support and expert care—often within days instead of weeks. It’s wonderful to see this initiative gaining recognition and helping more people stay safe and independent at home.

Insights from the New Age Index Report 3
The latest Age Index Report 3 was released this month, providing an ongoing examination of where the UK stands in 2024/25 on key issues related to ageing. This includes topics such as health and wellbeing, technology, politics, and social care.
Some key findings from the report include:
- 57% believe that the Government should declare dementia a health emergency.
- 85% believe older people are more at risk of digital financial scams.

End of Life Training Completion
A huge congratulations to our Care Professionals who successfully completed their End of Life Training this month. This specialised training ensures our team is well-equipped to provide compassionate and expert care to clients and their families during difficult times. We are incredibly proud of their dedication and commitment to learning and development.
Celebrating Our Clients and Team Members
March was filled with celebrations as we marked the birthdays of some of our amazing clients and team members. A special shout-out to AB and BTH, who both turned 98 this month, as well as our Client Care Supervisor, Tom, and Scheduling Co-ordinator, Toby. We love celebrating these moments that bring joy and connection within our community!
