The Home Instead Apprenticeship Academy has provided a platform to attract, recognise and reward a care workforce, helping care for even more ageing adults than ever before. We are grateful to Southampton FC for their generosity and the release of funds that will enable 20 Care Professionals to achieve a recognised level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care. The diploma is bespoke to Home Instead as it has been mapped to the training that our Care Professionals already undertake. The programme consists of webinars, 121 support from a dedicated assessor, functional skills at level 1 for both Maths and English and off-job training. Here we have Rachel and Megan with their Apprenticeship packs, moving forward with their studies.
