Meet the team

Tim opened Home Instead Truro, Falmouth & Redruth in January 2010 with the aim of providing a high-quality service to support local older people in their own homes, one which he would be happy to provide to his own parents, something that would later on be put to the test!

Richard has over 40 years in the Care Sector, and joined us as our Care Manager back in 2018. He has overall responsibility for our care operations and ensuring our clients are happy with the service that they receive from Home Instead.

Sian has over 12 years of Human Resources experience working across a variety of roles. Sian's role is to recruit and support our wonderful Care Professional team, working closely with Richard and our Team Leaders.

Joanne has been with Home Instead for 8 years, having started as a Care Professional. Her role as a Team Leader is to support her team of Care Professionals. Joanne also helps provide valuable support to the office and delivers care to our clients.

Jane joined us in 2020 as a Care Professional and joined our senior team early in 2023, supporting our Team Leaders. She was promoted to a Team Leader in September 2023 and works closely with Joanne to support our care Professional Team.

Grace joined Home Instead as a Care Professional in 2023 whilst studying her degree at Falmouth University. After graduating in 2024, we were delighted to offer promote Grace to Senior Care Professional, supporting our clients and the Team Leaders.
