Our free initial meeting - a Care Consultation

The first step towards your peace of mind

What do we carry our a Care Consultation?

The need for personalised support has never been more essential for an older family member. Navigating the right care options can be overwhelming. This is where our Care Solutions package and the Care Consultation play a vital role. A Care Consultation helps streamline decisions, clarify concerns, and empower individuals to make informed choices. But what exactly happens during a Care Consultation, and how can it benefit you and your loved one?

What happens during a Care Consultation?

Care Consultations are free, professional, in-depth face-to-face meetings designed to introduce our services, understand the situation of client and aim to answer any of their initial questions, including indicative costs.  We will aim to assess an individual’s health needs, provide expert advice, and guide families through the best care options available. At this stage, we will often leave the client and family to digest all the information we have provided.

If the client and their family feel our service is what they want and they would benefit from our support, then a second consultation is carried out. This is an in-depth evaluation of the client’s physical, emotional, and practical needs. The aim is to create a customised care and support plan that ensures the safety, comfort, and quality of life of the client. This information is also used to match the client with a suitable small team of Care Professionals, who will use this information to direct the support they provide. At this meeting, we will also finalise the costs, agree on the day and times of the visits, a start date and sign all the relevant paperwork.

What happens next?

This is where the work starts for us.  We match the client with the right Care Professionals and put together the “client schedule” (which is available in paper format and via our family app.) so the client and their family know in advance who is visiting and when.  Finally will arrange “Introduction” visits with the client and each of their Care Professionals so they can start to provide the very highest quality of support for our clients, and provide peace of mind for their families.

In summary – a Care Consultation is an opportunity for us understand the situation, answer any questions and rovide you with help and advice, including how we think we may be able to help. Some of the services we can provide include companionship, homehelp & housekeeping, personal care and dementia care.

A wonderful company staffed by professional and kind staff who have made a real impact on the quality of life for my father and mother, as his carer.
Right from the first meeting with the care manager we were impressed and reassured. He took time to get to know my family; what we needed, my father’s interests as well as full health details. At no point were we rushed to sign a contract (unlike other companies we met with!), however once we were ready the carers were rapidly in place.
The company believes in and delivers, a small team approach to care with wonderful, reassuring and knowledgeable carers. They really engage with Dad throughout the sessions, but also keep an eye on Mum. The carers were introduced by the manager in person and we always know who is coming in.
The care package has already been tweaked as needs have changed, but the ease of contact with the manager has meant that changes to the level of care are seamless.

A massive thank you from all the family.

Very pleased with the communication throughout the organisation. Excellent access to management and a positive ‘can do’ attitude from everyone.
Very pleased with the two caregivers we work with, they are making a real difference.

Well done to all and thanks for providing a super experience and service.
