Why Dementia Care may be right for you

After 15 years, we know that everyone’s experience of dementia is different and that it affects not just those living with dementia but their family and friends too. We work very closely with family members, friends and other health and social care professionals to fully understand the situation and put together a carefully designed package of support. Our Care Professionals are matched and introduced to their clients, and they are kind, caring, well trained and supported by our very experienced management team. We ensure continuity of care with a consistent team and visit times, and we do not rush – our visits are at least 1 hour so our Care Professionals have the time to deliver both emotional and practical support.
