Home Care in Tonbridge

Tonbridge has a wealth of dementia friendly activities for our clients living with dementia and our experienced Care Professionals strive to keep our clients engaged in the local community by accompanying them to Angel Indoors Bowls Club Assisted Bowls or local Dementia Cafés. Staying active and social is important as we get older to avoid isolation, so whilst our carers are well trained and can provide services such as personal care, home help, administration of medications and prepare meals, they are also very much there to support an active varied life outside the home. Our CP’s regularly accompany our clients from nearby Penshurst, Fordcombe, Leigh, Hildenborough and Shipbourne to the activities that Age UK provide in Tonbridge or for a walk round the playing fields in Tonbridge.
