What Happened at the Sunflower Cafe this February

We’ve had a very busy Feb! Have a look at what we got up to!

Care Pro Gita ran a knitting and art session.

We loved that we all got the chance to try out knitting!

And the colouring was really fun!

We loved this one a lot!

We then also had another session where we painted our pots that we made the week before to give to people for Valentines Day.

Everyones pot design was different which was really lovely.

We loved that it showed their own personalities, and we also got to know each other a little better aswell.

Singing for the Brain session was brilliant with Val and Sandra, Peter and Jean.

We had so much fun singing action songs and dancing.

Care Pro Simone took the next session. (Yellow jumper)

This session was all about talking to each other, so Simone suggested that we all spoke about our place of birth.
