One client shared on homecare.co.uk: “I have used Home Instead service since January 2023. Had the same carer since then, although now reduced hours. Very happy with all the care – physically and emotionally that I received – professional, friendly, respectful and responsive.” Another note: “The personal carers who come for an hour each morning are all really excellent, kind, and thorough in their work. This means that I start the day feeling very positive.”
