Our day care supports what brings each person joy and comfort, whether that’s quietly sharing memories at home or getting out to cherished local spots. Care Professionals can help with gentle exercises recommended by physiotherapists or drive to favourite places like Geilston Garden for afternoon tea. For those living with dementia, we might spend time looking through photo albums or simply chatting about treasured memories. Each visit adapts to how someone’s feeling, focusing on activities that maintain both wellbeing and independence.
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of of a unique mix services to meet your needs.
