Your Care Professional can be there throughout the night, either sleeping at your home for reassurance or staying awake to provide active support. We help with evening routines like getting ready for bed, then morning routines such as washing and breakfast preparation. Each overnight care package is shaped around your needs – whether that’s support with medications, mobility assistance, or helping manage conditions like dementia or Parkinson’s.
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of of a unique mix services to meet your needs.
