The award is based on the company’s reviews on www.homecare.co.uk, the UK’s top home care reviews site, considered to be the ‘TripAdvisor for home care’. These independent, verified, reviews are given by clients that Home Instead cares for, and their loved ones.

Home Instead West Lothian made it on to the exclusive list of the highest rated home care providers thanks to an impressive review score of 9.9 out of 10.
