Home Instead West Lothian are delighted to have been named a ‘5-Star’ Employer by WorkBuzz. This is awarded to top-performing employers based upon feedback from an independent survey which was completed by all of our Care Professionals, Office Team, and Clients.
This annual survey offers everyone the opportunity to have their say anonymously on how we are performing, and gives us insight in to what matters the most to them. The results that we receive help us to shape our strategy and future plans to ensure that we are always providing the best possible support to both our clients and our staff.
We work very hard at prioritising the wellbeing and experience of both our clients and our Care Professionals, and to do this it is important to continually monitor and improve our service based upon their feedback. We constantly strive and challenge ourselves to be the ‘Employer of Choice’ for caring people in West Lothian, and it is heart-warming to receive such positive feedback from our exceptional team telling us how valued and supported they feel by Home Instead.
It is an honour to have been recognised as a 5-Star Employer, with only the top 15% of companies who WorkBuzz survey being eligible for such an award.

We truly value every individual member of our team, and are constantly reviewing our pay and benefits to ensure that we remain the ’employer of choice’ in our local area.
It also demonstrates that our clients are receiving the best possible care, with exceptionally high satisfaction scores also returned by those who receive our care. This included 100% of our clients saying that they felt Home Instead take an interest in them as a person, and 93% saying Home Instead has an excellent understanding of their care needs.
