What sets our companionship care apart is our relationship-led approach. Our Care Professionals don’t wear uniforms because we want every visit or outing – whether it’s at home or to a local garden centre – to feel relaxed and natural. It’s a small detail that makes a big difference to the families we support. It feels more like a family member visiting, someone who is there to share experiences, whether that’s a chat over tea or helping with hobbies. And because we match our Care Professionals based on interests and personality, introduce our Care Professionals personally, you always know who’s coming, no unexpected strangers.
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of of a unique mix services to meet your needs.

Our team is our greatest asset, and we take great care of them. We’re proud to be recognised as a five-star employer because we believe that when our Care Professionals feel supported and valued, they provide better care. They’re highly trained, compassionate, and dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of our clients. With minimum one hour visits, we ensure that each Care Professional has the time to build a real connection with those they care for, which is something many agencies simply can’t offer with quick, 15 or 30 minute in and out visits.
